Who should my second Rank 5 5* be?

I have already beat Act 6 Chapter 1 i just need some pointers on who i should rank 5 next
Omega Red (Sig 32) R4
Guillotine 2099 (Unawakened) R4
Medusa (Unawakened) R4
Doctor Doom (Unawakened) R3
Domino (Unawakened) R3
Red Guardian (Sig 20) R3
Nick Fury (Sig 1) R2

    Doom is more helpful in completing 6.2.

    nick. Nick is better because you don't need to worry about the prestige that much right now but doom is a stong option nick is better

    He isn't necessarily ranked up high enough, what about evade counters

    Nick has a bit more utility to bring to the table then Doom imo though he is a bit gimped by the fact that bleed immunes aren't ideal. I'd still go with Nick since CAIW will work for any more general matchups where you can't bleed the opponent.
