  Sorcerer has more utility. My rank 4 5* has soloed the convention clash Champion boss in under 2 minutes more than once. And there's heal prevention on it.

  Longshot gameplay always has insane gameplay whenever I see it like that burst damage is nuts, but seems like sorcerer supreme has more utility and perhaps more damage potential so probably would go with her.

  Sorcerer Supreme

  I've got her as a rank 3 6* and she keeps impressing me the more I use her. She's got some great unique utility with her regen on block, slow debuff, armour breaks, power steal, nullify, energy damage etc... that makes her a very solid option in a lot of annoying fights and keeps her versatile. I definitely would recommend her ahead of Longshot for overall content as you're asking.
