I never received my grandmaster crystal I was supposed to claim today on 9/30/2017 but it went to a whole different calendar

    Hey Shadic117 and RedEyeRobocop, I'm sorry to hear of this! It's very possible that eXtripa69 is correct, in that too many days in September were missed, which meant that the rewards could no longer be claimed.

    If you're absolutely certain that this isn't the case, please make sure to write a ticket to our Support Team explaining what happened, making sure to provide as much info as you can.
