Special 2 broken?

I have had this happen twice today. Once using Captain American against Thor in the heroic event quest last round. I hit the sp 2 and the power meter goes to zero but no animation character just stands there... then it happened again fighting domormu in alliance quest using gambit. I am using samsung galaxy j7 running Android 7.0. Anybody else experiencing this?? Is this bug already reported, if not please fix!

Yeah I saw the other thread after I posted, but this will make act 5.2 1 and 2 almost impossible... working to be uncollected and will mess up the time line. I hope it gets fixed fast
