MIssing Grandmaster Crystal

Hi,
I've been seeing some talk of missing Grandmaster Crystals, the same thing happened to me. And I haven't missed any days, I know how it works, I've been playing this game pretty much since it came out. I had 4 hours to go until receiving it, but had to log off and then logged back on and it DID put up the modal to claim it. then it wasn't there.
I know it is October 1, but I haven't had a chance to sit down at a computer to address this until now. What recourse do I have to get the crystal owed me?
