R3 Ultron or Luke Cage

Hey all, question is in title, are they worth it? Currently finished with act 4, chilling a bit before doing an uncollected run and would like to rank a few champs first. Tech and science are the first t4ccs to show up Other 5 stars include tigra, sabretooth, and stealth spidey but I don’t have the catalysts for those yet. My 4 star options I have ranked are stark spidey and quake, BUT I don’t see the use in R5ing quake at the moment as she does just fine at r4 for where I am in content and doesn’t need the boost as her fights would just be shorter. I feel similar about starky, no need when his poise charges do just fine at r4 for what I need. I don’t focus on AW just AQ as my roster isn’t deep. Thoughts?

    Ultron kinda sucks so I would forget about him.

    Luke cage is awesome, but personally I would rather have quake for act 5.

    If I had to pick take up luke cage cuz ultron sucks. Use those tech catalysts on starky

    This is my roster

    I just recently pulled the warlock after this post but resources are short. I’d like to focus mainly on 5 stars if possible since there’s only a couple 4 stars worth it anyway and I’m almost done with 5.1 with my champs being the equivalent of r4 4 star or r2 5 star. My thought process is when I reach 5.3 there’s two paths to take, roster depth of a couple champs per class who are max 4 star, or overall power bringing in a couple r4 5*s at that point. Clearly my best 5 stars to focus are stealthy and ST, I’m not a great tigra pilot but do okay, would be happy if she got duped. Venom was an early 4 star of mine and honestly just shreds incursions, and I only recently got CGR through arena (yay intermediate bracket). Is there anything I’m not seeing that would be useful? I feel a lack of power drain going into collector aside from starky every 30 seconds, but hoping overall damage output will carry me through less revives.

    For act 5:

    Stealthy, starky, quake, venom, and either sabertooth/tigra

    Look I know you want to level up 5* but those 5* just arent good enough to carry you through act 5.

    Also I highly recommend ranking warlock for 5.2.4
