Good evening Kabam. Been a long time player and I've watched the game progress greatly. But as I've progressed, I see a few ways that can improve gameplay for those of us that want to continue to excel rather than quit due to lack of opportunity for character advancement.
1. Gold Boost: Once a player passes level 60, there is no more reason to have the XP boosts that we receive from the Alliance Crystals. I recommend that they be switched to a Gold boost. Same time limits, but something reasonable, like increase gold by 5% and 10%.
2. Tier 1 Alpha catalysts: At the point you reach level 60, obviously you have more 4*s than we know what to do with. In order to advance them, tier 1 alpha catalysts are very important. I recommend a daily challenge, like "proving grounds." Even if it needs to be 3 energy/move, it's worth the time it would take to advance our characters more.
3. 5* awakening gems as a part of monthly calendar- self explanatory.
