Why the new Gamma Radiation Event is being launched 1 hour later then the normal ?

The new Gamma Event that is supposed to get out 10 AM PST, which in other words, it means that the event should be online by the time this Discussion is posted. What is the reason for this ? In my case I don’t have all day to play the game and this is the most accessible time to clear monthly quests. Please awnser this post ASAP regarding the issue.

    It does start at 10 am pst..... it’s called daylight savings time
