Make it impossible to sell 4* and 5* Awakening Gems

You did it with T4CC and T2Alpha. This should be impossible as well to relieve your customer service.

    Why would anyone sell a 4 or 5* awakening gem? Holy smokes, I've been for a year, & I've only ever found 5 or 6- 4* gems, & have acquired 1, exactly 1 5* awakening gem in that whole time. U'd have to be dumber than all get out to sell either one.
