What is the best Aegon lol synergy team?

I am F2P and am starting LoL exploration. Is there a best synergy team for Aegon that I can use?
(If there are other old threads on this I am sorry and could you plz post the link?)

    For my completion run I brought Ægon NF Quake Heimdall and Proxima I think. It worked, but I would probably switch Proxima for whoever gets the regen synergy with Heimdall.

    With suicides - NF, quake, DPXforce, and then I like proxima
    Without suicides - heimdall synergy team with regen (however you want to build it after that)
