Which beyond god tier to rank up?

Yall i just had a really crazy day of pulls after beating the grandmaster...
Should i rank up my 6* unawakened corvus, 6* unawakened void, 6* unawakened warlock, or 5* cap iw (i have 2 gems)???

    Man, I wish I had that kind of luck after completing Act 6. Congrats! I'd go with Corvus if you run suicides, Warlock if you don't.

    Really its just kabam making up for giving me 2 6 star ultrons in a row and a miles
