Is it risky to r3 a rocket racoon

So would it be a good idea to r3 rocket racoon? I know he's definitely not good now but Kabam is coming out with so many buffs that he's almost guarantee to be buffed right?

I like him in arena but he doesn’t really bring anything to the table. I’m not sure I’d R3 a 5* let alone a 6*. Also his awakened ability increases his damage a fair bit and he’s not a champ I’d want to manually sig

Rocket has access to armor up/physical resistance and a tech shield buffs, so no. He would survive it

1) Havoks detonations are energy damage not physical 2) His armor ups are Passive not active, to block the detonations they must be active armor up buffs. 3) His "Tech" shield buffs only shield him from special attack damage 20% per stack.

As a R3 5* he isn't bad. Got some nice damage if awakened.

As a R3 6* might be a bit of a stretch tho, but I think he will probably get a falcon gamit esque rework that gives him some more utility.
