Spider-Man Stealth Suit not being Magnetised

Hi, all.
I'm doing 6.4.4 and I'm taking the Icarus path.
So, I went that way once with Magneto (Red) and Spider-Man Stealth Suit was Magnetised. Anyhoo, I died and decided to try again.
The next two times he wasn't Magnetised.
I did a duel with Spider-Man (Stealth Suit), and he did get Magnetised.
Is this a bug or is it just me?

    The hot and bothered node reduces your ability accuracy therefore magnetised can fail. Wait 2 seconds at the start of the fight for the magnetised to apply before hitting into the opponent.
