Probability of pulls

Hey kabam this is my third time complaint reguarding pulls....from last 3_4 months after update in primium hero crystel (2*_4*)i havent got a single 4* from it....i have 3 acounts and almost opened 8000_9000 in these 3 months but didn't got a single 4* from it....its my survey of my all 3 acounts... Am i the only one or someone else noticed this???

    It's not soo much important to get 4* but it become showpiece in crystel...

    I opened 10 on Tuesday and got 2 4*s.... so....
