What science champs are worth a gem?

I have cap max sig and am waiting for void, are there any other good options to awaken? I have multiple science gems.

    I used one on Red Guardian; he needs a high sig to really benefit though.

    Red Guardian is a great option for a science AG.

    Red Guardian, Luke Cage, She Hulk, Mister Fantastic and Thing are all worth a gem if you don't want to save it for Void.

    Red Guardian really needs a high sig to be amazing... I think 120 is a good number as that's where I started to notice a big difference.

    Outside of Void and caiw, I'd say Red Guardiand, Mr Fantastic, or Luke Cage.
