Bane

So there has always been this question in my mind about Bane. If it’s suppose to degen each character for 1% of current health, why does it degen the defending character with 300k health about 300 and it only goes down from there, while my attacking character has about 30k health and I be taking 600 damage. I tried doing the math but it doesn’t makes sense. The only explanation I’ve come up with is that the game makes it so that the defender doesn’t just die from just having bane on him, but somewhat seems like unfair if the node is numbed down for the defender. Is there something I’m not getting?

    I believe it is 1% of the opponents health per second. So you can only bring the bane damage down by lowering your opponents hitpoints.

    It is probably their base health, not the health they have after adding nodes.

    Bane is based off the opponents health during that fight. Depending of the level of bane, it's 1-3% since there are at least 3 versions. That's why you die so quickly against opponents like CB in 6.1.

    Oooooh now it makes sense reading the node, man the should really make it a bit easier to understand
