Opening 6* before maintance

Hey all. I Just opened a 6* Crystal wegen the Game chrashed (don't had issued till Game went down) and so i questioning myself If the Crystal is opened, i still have the shards or are the shards disappeared and i don't get anything? If someone went through this issue could you share your experience. It would be great. Thx to all.

    The crystal is gone just happened to me me before the second maintenance issue

    This happened to me once before and the champ was in my roster. I don’t remember who it was, but I wasn’t overly thrilled about the addition.

    Same happened to my 5* hero crystal...it just vanished....hope I will get it back..
