Missing 6 star crystal

Due to 6 years anniversary i get 15K five star shards and 5K six stars shard as a gift.
Then I go to open six star hero crystal. I clicked open 1. After that game lagged and everything freezes. The game wasn't reacting at all. So i closed and re-opened the game, my six star crystal was lost, and I didn't get any hero.
Short after that the maintaince message pops up and i can't enter the game.
I really hope that you can help me with this.
