Crystals messing up

I pulled the octavious crystal and it was on a two star and was suppose to turn again but game lagged and showed loading thing when the next character was winter souldier. So plz fix kabam

    It's just an animation, what you get is already determined from the crystal as soon as u place it on the opener.

    The animation loves teasing people though, usually enjoying the sweet taste of saltiness when it lands right beside or between 4* champions... It's an evil animation.
