Is it possible to at least let us know if kabam believes that claiming these aq rewards that we are receiving for being in the wrong tier is going to be considered exploiting a glitch? Also, is there any way to update us on how kabam intends to address this?

I’m in need of an alpha and a t4b to upgrade a champ and could use the rewards (even though they are terrible in comparison to our expert rewaards we should be getting). I know quite a few people have claimed them (whether purposefully or not) and we are all just looking for some clarification.

    You're free to claim those rewards. :) At the moment we don't have any more information, but once we do we'll update on the matter.
