What do we get from greater gifting crystal?

Hey guys I am totally new in MCOC and this upcoming gifting event will be my first gifting event. So I wanna know what is this greater gifting crystal or gifting crystal. How can we get it and what does it offers us.

You can send some stuff to someone by paying through your units, and then hope that the one you're sharing with also sends you back stuff of the same value.
Each time you trade/gift with your pals, you'll get points. Keep collecting points to unlock milestones.
It'll become clearer once the gifting starts. I'll suggest to wait and check how it's done before you start gifting.
Try to avoid gifting people on global chats/people you don't know as they may con you.. they'll say that they'll send you 1000 units worth of stuff and when you do, they don't send anything back.

The greater gifting crystal guarantees you Gold (50k to 1 million), A tier 5 Iso-8
AND a BONUS item.
Bonus item can be ONE of the following;
