R5ing some 5 stars

Hey all,

I am very close to maxing out my r4 corvus, and I have 2 questions.
1. It says I need 2 tier 5 basic catalysts. What is the best way to get those? (I am not yet uncollected; only on 5.1.2 rn)
2. Everytime i see people who have r4 maxed 5 stars who are awakened (like my corvus) their rating is at around 9-10k. My corvus is probs gonna be around 6-6.5k when its maxed out. I am pretty sure that to get that higher, they need their signature to be higher, as mine is currently lvl 8. Is there any good way to get signature stones? (5 star, either basic or cosmic signature stones)

Sorry if this is confusing, I did the best I could.
Thanks!

first things first u need to become beyond uncollected (cavalier) to get acess to tier 5 basic catalysts and second of all what u see people get a high prestige is mainly because of their mastery setup u should look into that and improve it if u want the best progression path and of course high rating. to cut it short just look for guides about what i spoke in this message and learn from them.

Well heres the thing... he doesnt slay most things. I am not sure if this is just 1 quest or if it will ocntinue throughout, but on 5.1.2 (Act 5, chapter 1, quest 2,) The opponents have an armor thing that gives them like +100% health or something, but everytime I hit them, they armor break or something like that. I jsut got a 6* electro who i know isnt that good... the point is, corvus dies on like the third person. I am not sure if it is just this quest, but if it isnt, im screwed. Also, I cant even beat this quest, so im still screwed. @Masterdux

Not sure why you focus on his PI and his sig. It is not gonna change his attack rating. The main difference you noticed comes from masteries.
And yes I suggest you become uncollected before searching for t5b. You'll get them eventually when you run AQ with a stable alliance.
R4 are overkill to become UC imo so with a r5.. you'll progress faster if you rush UC now

Ok so I learned that I want to get cruelty and presitge from the masteries, but i need like 12 stony mastery cores to get there. Any tips on how to get them BESIDES the back issues?

    With units from the arena

This isn’t supposed to be a derogatory question but do you know how Corvus and his missions work? He won’t hit too hard on the first few fights but will later on (if you rank him up properly.) You definitely don’t need rank 5 5*s to get uncollected. To answer your second question, the best way to get units is either arena or explore quests. That could either be monthly quests or act 4 or below.

@Will3808 for example, one of his missions is eliminating avengers. So you're saying that if I knocked down Iron man (who happens to be in the quest that I am struggling on), he will gain 1 persistent charge and a cruelty buff, which will increase his critical damage rating by 3075. So does that mean that he will do 3075 more damage per hit? I am kind of confused.

The specific numbers are weird so I can’t comment on how much more damage it will specifically do but it means that in the next few fights his crits will do more damage.

I can’t find the YouTube video I learned how to play Corvus from but I suggest watching a few videos on him. That should clear things up.
