Need an AQ based alliance for a beginner/intermediate

Hello everyone,
I have started playing this game about a month ago and I am kinda new to the game. I am active in the game and I'm trying my best for getting better. I have an alliance but they are not very active and I need weekly quests to improve.I am looking for an active alliance.
I am new to the game so I didn't participate any alliance war but I played AQ in map3 all the time so I know how that works.I do my best for the quests for participate and I think that's it.
