It has been 24 hours since I submitted a Request to Kabam regarding accidental use of an Item and they have not reached out to me at all

Should I send another ticket?

    I'm guessing the holiday weekend might be a tough time to try to reach them. Try back at a better time, something like 11:59 PM on December 31st.
