HELP PLEASE!!! Image loading/visual glitch or bug

About a week after the update, I opened my game to find that these question marks over certain images. I re downloaded the game twice before contacting kabam about my problem. They gave me instructions to possibly fix this and i followed them, but to no avail nothing has changed. I've tried almost everything to fix this but still no luck. I hope I'm not the only one with this problem. @Kabam Miike @Kabam Carbon @Kabam Pertinax or any other kabam employe, can you please help!!!

same and they when my game has to reconnect the screen becomes a 70's tv set with terrible signal. Is kabam giving up on this game? You would think with all these service maintenance that they would fix some things

Ive gotten my problem fixed, but some ppl in my alliance or having the same problem but at random times

@Elmicha891 I redownloaded the assets of the game on a faster wi-fi, it sorta fixed tho. some of the pictures still show the question mark.
