My game keeps crashing

in Bugs and Known Issues
Anytime the game attempts to load my champs, either in champion select or the pre fight screen, the game crashes and force quits. I have tried restarting my device (IPad 6th generation IOS 14.3), Updating the game to latest version 29.2.0, and even downloading the game on a different device (IPod 7th generation IOS 14.3), and the bug still won’t go away, this is extremely annoying because I only had time the past two days to grind the new event quest (monthly) and I have energy refills expiring. My in game name is Efly10, if this could be fixed quickly that would be great.

    Is spider ham currently part of your team? If so, try hitting the edit team button as soon as you see it. Then take spider ham off your team & try again.

    I’m having a problem entering the 5 star arena, it’s always kicking me off.

    CAT4 arena match n 25

    spider ham in the opposite team
    restart device and enter arena = CRASH
    reinstall the game and enter arena = CRASH
    format device and enter arena = CRASH
    change device install the game and enter arena = CRASH

    solution abandon arena and loose 1000 gold x3 multiplier :#

    tested on 2* arena
    put spider ham in my team and game CRASH

    I have the same issue when I try to use spider ham with IPad. But, it works on my iphone SE.you can feel how annoying it is when you pull it but can’t use it>.<
