Beat the collector, but no uncollected title?

I beat the collector, have all the perks of being uncollected, but no title? Does anybody know a fix for this or if kabam can help?

    For some reason, whenever I get the title, it's a little delayed. Try refreshing the game, or wait a little bit. You'll get it eventually.

    You don’t get the title if you modded the game in any way. Check that first.

    Other than that, it should be there within 24 hours or send a support ticket if it hasn’t come after that.

    It usually comes through the in-game mail if I remember correctly?

    Wait a day. If it still hasn’t arrived via in game mail, then send a support ticket in the game.
