What is the Yellow jacket’s possible buff?

Can anyone tell me what is the possible buff of the yellow jacket. I just got him in 6 star and i am crying ever since, so any idea would help me out. Is it a good to rank him up?

    I agree. Although falcon needs a lots of things before he becomes a smasher. And duping yellow jacket 6star or any 6 star is hard to imagine at least for me with a free to play account

    Wdym, Falcon hits pretty hard in the right matchups and decently in the other matchups. He also has the amazing utility of completely reducing opponent's defensive accuracy. The only flip side of this is that there is an annoying 8 second cooldown but most people have gotten used to it anyways.
