My profile does not appear in the leaderboard of my region

I have been several months that my profile does not appear in the regional classification table of my country, overnight it disappeared and now I appear with an interrogation symbol visible only for me, since the rest can not see me so raise a ticket Through the game but even so they did not know what to say to solve the problem, it is worth mentioning that I appear among the first and when they look for another person and nothing from my profile

    Everything is never legal, and I would never try to do something like that, since I would not like to lose for something silly everything that I have achieved in my account

    My game friends who are from my country actually look for me and they don't see me since they did see me before
