Missing rank rewards from "I am groot" arena

I haven't had any notification of rank rewards from the basic arena. This is hours past when the rewards are usually delivered. Anyone else having this problem? Any acknowledgement from Kabam?

That's gotta be some sort of error on the ranking because I got much higher than that score but placed much lower

Its messed up bad. Was going for a few shards put in 610.000 pts says in rank 45k

I hit 3mil, said I'm rank 2,200-ish, which sounded reasonable for Groot.

However, 8 hours later, still no rewards.
