I got gypped for the last time...

I saw an offer for a tier 1 alpha bundle, and the cost was 220 units. I went for it, and the 220 units was deducted from my unit balance.

I later discovered that kabam also charged me $9.99 for the same bundle. I created a support ticket, and was told I could not get my money back since I had opened the t4cc fragment crystals. Okay, fair enough...

I replied requesting my 220 units be returned to me, seeing as I had paid for the bundle in two different ways.

Someone from kabam replied, and they said they would refund my units but also remove everything in the bundle that I acquired. I decided to stay with the bundle.

I’m never going for any bundles again.

So you couldn’t refund a product you bought and used, tried to return the stuff you bought and didn’t use, then just wanted the units without giving up the stuff you wanted to return?

I hope I’m missing something here.

We're missing a lot here. I'm willing to bet they didn't have enough units and made a purchase then tried to get them to refund the purchase.

It’s the principle of the thing. I got charged twice for the bundle (units and real money). Kabam said they couldn’t return my money, but wanted to reclaim the bundle in order to get my units back. Either way I get screwed.

Did you have to go through the confirm purchase screen? If so, you probably didn’t have enough units and the game told you to buy some in order to afford it.

I had more than enough units. Over 500 at the time.

I would try and edit that title though. Sounds pretty bad for some people.

So how did they charge you then? There is zero possibility that by you clicking on an offer would it charge you money. $9.99 is 275 units not 220. Something in your story doesn't add up at all.
