Weak in the Knees Bugged

in Bugs and Known Issues
New node in Cav EQ 1.1 is bugged, when applying a non-damaging debuff to the defender the passive weakness on the attacker is not purified. I've tested with stun, petrify, and weakness and the weakness on the attacker remains applied and the damage reduction is still applied.

    Something isn't right. 15 fury and defender under stun should deal a little more than 360 damage right?
