I think that Hawkeye really needs some work, he is helpful but is not up to the mark in many instances. Hawkeye in the MCU has so many abilities but in MCOC :neutral::neutral: 😕. Please check this guy's video for reference. https://youtube.com/watch?v=Jk2vP7XTRTQ
If you think that this is heck too much then at least add some of the abilities if not all.

1. Arrows of different debuff types + Power Drain. Ex. -> Shock, Coldsnap, Incinerate and Bleed(Ik already exists but still) (Similar to Star Lord's Element Gun)

2. Special 2 -> 15% Chance to Stun. Gives a random effect -> Fury, Precison, Armor Break, Critical Bleed, Regeneration or Power Gain etc..

3. Special 3 -> Regenerates 5% of Max Health. 25% Chance to Drain Power. 30% Chance to Incinerate. (If any two of these effects fail to apply then add a Special 2 effect)

    Hawkeye need a rework,the man has no third special utility!!! Don't know how many people do love to see him when it poke out of crystal?

    Give him a Prefight with 12 Different Arrow Choices, each having either Utility or Damage, then let you choose 3 Arrow Types that can be used on Each Special Attack.

    Then expand on his Awakened Ability similar to the current Hemorrhage Ability, where it increases the Duration and Potency of whatever Arrow you have set by a Huge Amount but can only be triggered once per fight unless you have the Taskmaster Synergy.
