Not get any good 4 star champion from phc and even from 4 star crystal

Greeting kabam,
Why i don't get any good 4 star champion from PHC or even from 4 star crystal..
I m too depressed ...my cousin brother always get a good champs from phc last time he got ultron from phc...

    I m totally depressed and if it is not acknowledge by kabam then its really tuff for me to continue...

    You won't get any acknowledgement. This is just how the game works. More spins = more chances to get something good. Grind or spend for more spins. We've all done it for years.
