Falcob lock on bug

in Bugs and Known Issues
While fighting mr f in love in battlerealm, he evading while i locked on with falcon. I asked my ally teammate also had same problem. Also i found some post in fb telling thar while he fighting nc, nc still can evade although he lock on the nc

Please fix this

    Mr F gains a higher evade chance the more debuffs on you. Falcob reduces evade by 100%

    Night crawler gain increased evade accuracy under certain conditions, I think at its highest its just above 100% after hes used his sp1
