Nick fury still bugged

I joined AQ 1 min ago when i start fight with nick fury. His first start with second lifee

    Exactly the same issue for me. First fight in AQ with Nick Fury and he has no persistent charges so immediately starts losing health. I've never previously had an issue with missing persistent charges on champs until this latest update.
