Torches incinerate not actually doing damage

Was going through 6.2.1 and using human torch against a mystic champ. He should melt this fight right? Didn't use pre fight cause it's a mystic I shouldn't have to. But noticed the incinerates I had on the mystic champ I was fighting weren't doing any damage. Next fight popped pre fight and those incinerates were doing damage. So is he bugged? Probably. @Kabam Miike

    Both tech gate and 6* gate

    The debuff's cant deal damage in lifecycle

    I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume you didn't fully read what the lifecycle node does.
