Fury inconsistent broken even after the maintenance

I am finding very often when I start a fight with Nick fury he immediately looses his first life. This is very costly in war where you basically get an out of jail card if you cop a sp3 on your first life. Making war and quest very expensive.

    I watched a YouTube from kabam Mike saying your cannot reset the game once started a war or alliance fight. Is this wrong now

    Ok thanks for the info, its not a great fix but workable and no ideal if you are time poor
