Is DDHK now able to hit Ghost during her phasing?

I’m working on Variant 6 100% then notice that in V6.3.1 boss fight (vs. DDHK), Ghost’s phasing doesn’t work for DDHK! He could hit her as usual during her phasing period!

It’s not the case in the past! (Please see the video below, starting from 2:08:00)

    His "ability" has been buffed. He now bypasses miss properly

    Ghost is still a good counter to DD in V6 even her phase is not working , she convert bleed to fury, just add in white Magneto pre fight ability, Ghost should be able to defeat him

    He's able to hit her while phased, but with the hood synergy you still won't take damage

    I’m pretty sure that’s don’t work either since the phess wil end I’m not sure so don’t get me op one it

    Is Professor X in AQ supposed to be able to hit Ghost when phasing even though he doesn’t have His Passive Vigilance it any charges? No node gave it to him either

    watch the video again and pay attention to the phasing timer at time 0:56 as she gets hit ...

    As I’m said I’m was not sure even that’s I’m felling is a bug and shuld changes to my opinion and also this video wasn’t loading for me early
