Glitch in my 5*Nexus Crystal

Today I had enough Uru to buy casket 8 of ancient winters (I did tier 1 quest so 2 less Uru) to get the 5* Nexus Crystal.
I opened the crystal and got CAIW, Wasp and Miles Morales. I chose CAIW and clicked confirm but nothing was happening. After 5-6 minutes, the game automatically shut down. When I re-opened the game the crystal was not there and I did not get to choose, when I saw my roster WASP WAS THERE. I do not want Wasp, so Kabam to please look into the matter.

    There is one gear icon in left side from where u can select support and contact Kabam
