Professor X’s synergy not working

His synergy to give mutants power gain isn’t working. Just got him as a champ and was very excited to use him and yea pls fix this. I’m not sure any of his synergy’s are working correctly but 100% this one isn’t

    6% of a bar of power is 2% total power, it’s really hard to notice if you’re engaged in battle or prof x isn’t charged up to increase the value of the power gain. But here is a gif showing it does give power.

    I did it with him fully charged and it wasn’t moving. I guess I need to somehow find a way to post a video here

    I looked it up and at max it should be slightly and I mean slightly lower than dr stranges power gain.

    At max its 8% of max power over 10 seconds. (24% of a bar/3 bars). Strange gains 33% in 9 seconds. Thats alot more
