Next champ to focus ranking?

I feel like I have a pretty decent roster with some good r5 5*. I have been lucky pulling other really good 5* and some 6* and I just don't know who I should rank next. Who is the best champ I need to take to r4? Or maybe one of my 6* to r2?

    If you can get ahold of a Red hulk, I would recommend ranking up Domino. She have done wonder for my progression using the Massacre and Red hulk synergies.

    Ya I'm going to try to focus on some science dual crystals. But is a bit of longshot with as many champs in game now lol. The fact that I didn't have synergy is what made me wonder if domino was still good enough to r5. Same scenario with my awakened blade. No GR for synergy.
