Mr. Fantastic power sting Tech synergy not working with Howard the Duck?

Hey so I've been playing around with Howard the duck all day today and I was about to bring him up to rank two and I thought about the Mr. fantastic power sting Tech synergy and wanted to try it out against our good old punching bag Winter Soldier. In the video you can see I clearly cause three different debuffs during match yet I don't apply any power stings. So I grabbed my friends phone downloaded the game and logged into my account and on his phone the power stings applied. His phone is a Galaxy S10 plus and my phone is a Galaxy S20 plus ultra 5G. The screenshot is from his phone and the video is from my phone. The mcoc app is completely updated on both phones. If you need any other information please let me know but what I'm really wondering is if anyone else is having this problem.

    By the way Howard's champ rating is different in the screenshot compared to the video because of synergies. I only used She-Hulk and Mr fantastic in the video but I had other champions for other synergies in the screenshot. I did do another fight with the same champions that I used in the video and I was able to cause power stings on the Samsung S10 Plus.

    You can see that mr f does not have his persistent charges loaded, this indicates the game has failed to load various mechanics one of which could be synergies. Close the app and make sure persistent Charges load and the power stings should work.

    Thanks but I did that several times. So it's gotta be related to the persistent charge bug... makes sense. Good looks man👍

    Doesn't work at all. I tried:

    1) using Doctor octopus instead of She-Hulk to activate the synergy

    2) using science champions and other Tech champions aside from Howard

    3) using a different star level Mr fantastic. I tried a two-star, a three star and a four star and it didn't work with any of them.

    4) Tried activating the synergy in other content other than realm of Legends. Couldn't get the synergy to work no matter who I fought or where I fought them.

    But for some reason when I log into my account on my friends Samsung or my friend's iPhone it works. It even works on my tablet. Just not on my Samsung S20 plus ultra 5G 🤷🏻

    Okay so I just reached out to a friend of mine that has the same exact phone (Samsung s20 Plus ultra 5G) and also plays the game and he said it doesn't work on his phone either. He tried everything I did and more and it didn't work and then he logged in on his tablet and said it worked.

    You can see that the game is not loading
    properly by the lack of persistent charges.

    They look like this on the character profile.

    You need to close the app and load it until the charges show up.

    Clear cache, restart your device, restart mcoc if this kindof things happen.
