Bow Before The Almighty, Persistent Charge Prowess 99 Apocalypse! 😂 
Though in Actuality it was just a Visual Bug, caused by the Missing Persistent Charges Bug...
Quick Explanation, I restarted the game to fix the Persistent Charge Bug, but didn't noticed till the next fight when I went to Revive Apocalypse that it showed he had 99 Persistent Charges.
No he did not have 99 Prowess when I tried him in the next fight, he had 4 because I had the Cable Synergy, during and after the fight it went back to normal displaying 4 Persistent Charges.
Something I should mention is in the First Fight when the Persistent Charges weren't there it showed Apocalypse as having 6 Prowess for some reason but as far as I could tell it still had the Effect of 4 Prowess. So that's another strange Interaction with the Missing Persistent Charges Bug.
