Question about 5* Blade featured crystal?

Good morning everyone. I have a question for all you smart people here.
If I get a few 5* blade crystals and wait to opening them on Nov 7th. Will that give me a chance at Hyperion and Gwenpool as that is the day they get released and put on the 5* basic crystals?
