Polka Dot Power

I had an issue with the mini boss on map 7 today. Using both sunspot and human torch (no pre-fight), I was not gaining power from the polka dot power node. Had one other person experience this in my ally. Is this a known issue that the polka dot power node isn't working correctly?

    That has nothing to do with persistent charges. Sunspot and torch both give incinerate, which should cause power gain from the polka dot power node. There was no power gain

    Sunspot doesn't have persistent charges. Why would a persistent charge issue affect how he gains power?

    As people said some players have experienced the bug effect nodes like skill node not gaining fury passives or in ur case its effecting polka dot its a really weird bug as u are right the champs ur using dont have any but it can still effect ur game in someway if its occurred so best before fighting or anything check ur roster if missing u know u have to reload game till back before fighting
