    Doom and Claire are most peoples consensus 1 and 2 respectively. The Supremes are really good, so is Morningstar, Dr. Voodoo, and Magik. I don't have much experience with Tigra or Longshot, but they're supposed to be really good too. And you can't forget about Scarlet Witch, even though she's not widely available as a 5 star champ. But a high sig 4 stat Scarlet Witch is a beast, and I can't imagine a high sig 5 star wouldn't be even more beastly

    You literally only need doom sorcerer and claire to do pretty much every content in the game
