Bug with goldpool. I think.

I am not sure because he is my first 5* but I got one 5* star goldpool and after that another one and it did not say it was duped. I thought that maybe 5* can not be duped but now I saw that he has signature skill as well. So my qurstion is why did not I unlock it? Sorry if this is not a bug and 5* can not be duped :-)

    I am pretty sure I did. I had more than ten of those new crystals and I opened ten and got one goldpool and some coins. Then I opened remaining crystals and I got another one. Only if it was a bug the second time and goldpool remained from the previous opening? Anyway there was a bug. I'm not sure what I can do now and if I can do anything?

    Oh, I did't now that. As I said this is my first five star and I am generally pretty new to the game so I don't know this kind of things. Thanks for clearing that up and sorry for posting stupid things :-)
