Mr Fantastic Synergies not working?

Hi, I dunno if it is just me unable to figure out how to use Mr Fantastic synergy or there's a bug with it.

I tried to make use of his synergy with tech, cosmic and skill champs, seems like tech champs do not put power sting on opponent on placing debuffs, I tried armor break and incinerate with tech champs ( warlock and vulture) and for skill and cosmic I made use of hyperion, silver surfer and moleman.
Can someone tell me if I'm doing it wrong or this is indeed a bug?
Btw, I used 4* Mr Fantastic

    Did Fantastic display his persistent charges? Those not being visible is a symptom of several things in the game not working properly. I think one of them are these synergies

    I had the same issue, restarting the game fixed it. Make sure that the champs have the persistent charges also since they interact in weird ways.

    Just restart the game, it should hopefully fix the bug. (Unless charges are visible and the synergies still don't work, in which case it's something else)
