Purchases not longer available!!!!????

Please help. can no longer access the shop (top right) in the game. I can't even look at the offers because I keep getting the message: "Purchases no longer available". Kabam Support only gives standard answers and does not help. what should I do?!

    Did you try restarting the game? Have you recently requested a refund through the Apple or Google Play stores?

It should take you through a series of FAQs. Just select the FAQ that best suit your issue and when you get to the last article, scroll down to the "Submit a Request" link and click on that. From there, go ahead and fill out the request form with your details and our Support team will get back to you as soon as they can! Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

    Screenshot and show us? The only thing you can do is restart, Uninstaller and reinstall, and contact support how Kabam Boo said. Highly doubt the support team just says "Oh well. We can't help."

    I think he's onto something here. If you're not logged in to your Apple or Playstore ID, you probably can't purchase anything.

    Please follow the troubleshooting guide. Try to really log in with your kabam ID and also do try to log in with your playstore ID. You need to understand for the game to earn cash then you have to be logged in or else you won’t be able to see any purchases. Logging out from the playstore and then logging out from the game itself could behave like this as you are seeing right now not able to purchase anything.

    I haven’t had any issues with it as I’m always logged in with my KABAM ID and Apple ID and I would think it to be logical because how are the game supposed to earn some cash if it can’t detect you with your Apple/playstore ID?

    You purchase - money goes to Apple/playstore - they receive the money and take the cut from that money - they send the rest of the money to KABAM.

    Playstore on internet and playstore app is not the same thing. You need to log in the playstore app.

    I wanna help you out here. You need to see if you are logged at PLAYSTORE APP. Not the internet.

    Man you’re stupid... obviously you have to be logged in with your APPLE ID at APPLE STORE or else you can’t see anything in the unit store... damn playing us around like a bunch of bird fool.

    I am registered with Kabam id at the app store, apple id and play store. have the same payment methods and everything is as always. checked everything.

    Well guess what? They don’t believe a cause you didn’t provide them any pictures that you are really logged in. Go back to the mail conversation or else this will never be resolved....

    The funny thing is that on my second acc, where everything is the same, everything works in a reversible manner in terms of payment methods?

    come on i need help? I don't know that much about technology. that's my first acc and don't want to give up the game.

    If you know the first APPLE ID that you downloaded the game from then it should be that one and then everything should be back to normal or else I don’t know than what to tell you to continue the support mail conversation. I play on different apple devices but yet I have all the unit store activated because all of them have the same APPLE ID.

    I even play on Samsung galaxy s6, but no issue there because I made sure to log in with playstore ID first and then download the game there so the playstore system can register it to open the unit store and then proceed to log in with KABAM ID on the game. No idea why yours is so damn troublesome. Just provide them the pictures and they can help you out more. They’re the “guy on the chair” with all that support technology at their side to help you out.

    yes I am still logged in with the first apple ID as always. haven't changed anything and haven't renewed anything. I wrote kabam support again 6 days ago but have not received an answer so far. If support writes me all the pictures I will send to you. I can't do more than that

    Yes I know. just wanted to share it. I just didn't change and from one second to the other after buying a package (Peter Parker) I couldn't buy anything more. thank you for your effort

    I'm having this same issue now. Did you ever get yours resolved? If so, what did they do to fix it?
